Ordering a repeat prescription
If you require prescriptions for regular and continuing treatment, it is not always necessary to see the doctor each time. Repeat prescriptions are computerised so please use the tear-off slip at the side when ordering. This slip will also indicate the date your medication review is due.
Please allow two full working days for prescription requests to be completed. We DO NOT accept requests by telephone.
*To protect patient confidentiality Patient Access is not available to patients aged 11 – 15 years. On reaching age 11 years patients registered for Patient Access will have their Patient Access account deactivated. They can re-apply in person with photo ID at age 16 years.
