Most referrals to other specialists will require you seeing or speaking with a GP. However, there are a number of local services, listed below, that you are able to make self referrals to.
Sexual Health London
SHL.UK is a discreet sexual health service for Londoners. Our STI testing service is for people who have mild or no STI symptoms, and would like to get themselves checked. You can also request free regular and emergency contraception (effective up to 5 days after unprotected sex) by completing a simple, secure online consultation.

Rebalance – Adult Weight Management
Rebalance is a 12-week, group, weight-loss programme of exercise and dietary advice for overweight or obese adults. The programme covers: nutritional advice, healthy-eating guidance, online, cognitive behavioural support and support to get active.

Camden Child and Young Person Mental Health Service (Open Minded)
The Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust deliver most of these services and also help connect children and young people with other mental health services if needed; for example to the Royal Free Hospital ADHD service, Brandon Centre Counselling Service, or Camden MOSAIC, a service for children and young people with disabilities.

Ieso Digital Health provides evidence-based CBT, online. One-to-one therapy is delivered in real time, with patients meeting an accredited therapist in a secure online environment. Access to therapy is quick (83% of self-referrals start therapy within 6 weeks of referral), with evening and weekend appointments available.

We'll support you to to live a life independent of alcohol. We'll work with you to set goals and create a treatment plan that suits you. Your goals might be reduction, abstinence or detox.

Your initial contact with one of our chartered physiotherapists may be over the phone, where you will either be given advice on appropriate treatment, or a face-to-face consultation will be arranged.
