We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.
Please note you must be a patient or carer of a registered patient at Brondesbury Medical Centre to join our PPG.
About PPG’s……
“PPG’s are groups of active volunteer patients working in with practice staff and GP’s. We want our PPG to create a unique partnership to work with us to provide practical support and to encourage patients to take more responsibility for their own health”
Why have a PPG?
We want our PPG to represent our practice population. To give practice staff and patients a forum to suggestive positive ideas and voice concerns.
Good to have ground rules….
Ground rules are important to ensure meetings are not used for pursuing individual personal complaints or agendas. Patient confidentiality is of the utmost importance and everyone on the PPG should be treated fairly, equally and with respect.
virtualPPG
We know that patient feedback improves care. The Patient Participation Group (PPG) gives you an opportunity to suggest ways in which we can do this. We hold regular face-to-face meetings and these have already had a positive impact. To help more people get involved, we are pleased to announce the virtualPPG!
The virtualPPG is an online forum for our patients to enter into a dialogue with us. We will endeavour to check-in regularly and this will be another way to make your voice heard if you can’t make it to our meetings. (Note: this forum should not be used for urgent or medical queries).

Please note that the PPG cannot become involved in matters of a specifically medical or clinical nature.
The National Association of Patient Participation
This association aims to promote the role and benefits of PPGs to patients, the public and health professionals, to create more understanding of the value of true patient participation also to promote the support available from N.A.P.P. Find out more about them click here.
